A new report from left-wing CNN’s “Reliable Sources” reveals that the Biden administration is holding briefings behind closed doors with corporate media officials in an attempt to “reshape” and restrict negative coverage of the administration’s economic failures.
The report from CNN’s Brian Stelter and Oliver Darcy states that “The White House, not happy with the news media’s coverage of the supply chain and economy, has been working behind the scenes trying to reshape coverage in its favor.”
According to CNN, “Senior White House and admin officials — including NEC Deputy Directors David Kamin and Bharat Ramamurti, along with Ports Envoy John Porcari — have been briefing major newsrooms over the past week, a source tells me.” CNN describes the secret meetings as “productive,” with “anchors and reporters and producers getting to talk with the officials.” Some news in @ReliableSources : Senior White House and admin officials have been holding briefings with major newsrooms over past week as they try to reshape economic coverage. https://t.co/s3tNP28Lae pic.twitter.com/REvVzLKlXv — Oliver Darcy (@oliverdarcy) December 7, 2021 Price hikes, supply chain shortages, and other economic failures have resulted in corporate media outlets that normally provide fawning coverage of the Biden administration occasionally reporting on the severe economic stress being placed on many sectors of the U.S. populace.

As National File previously reported , prices for Christmas trees are surging during the holiday season in response to supply chain crunch and a shortage of truck drivers due to vaccine mandates: “It’s a double whammy — weather and supply chain problems are really hampering the industry,” said Jami Warner, executive director of the American Christmas Tree Association, an industry trade group, told the Associated Press. “Growers have been hard hit by floods, fires, smoke, drought, extreme weather conditions.” A growing shortage of truck drivers is also contributing to the surging price of Christmas trees. They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
