Video footage from the U.S.-Mexico border shows Texans heckling and shouting over the speech of liberal race activist Al Sharpton, who traveled to the state to complain about unproven claims of Border Patrol brutality against illegal immigrants from Haiti. Texans repeatedly Sharpton to “get out of Texas.”
“Kids are being sedated at the U.S. border, why are you not being a voice for the children, why are you stoking racism where it doesn’t exist?” protesters asked a visibly uncomfortable Sharpton, who repeatedly turned his head and craned his neck to look behind himself as the jeering continued. “Why are you coming and trying to provoke violence? Why are you here advocating for violence? Why are you here advocating for violence? Del Rio is not a racist city, Del Rio is a loving, caring community,” one onlooker shouted. “We don’t want your racism in Texas, get outta here. Nobody wants your racist nonsense in Del Rio. You’re a racist, nobody wants you in Texas! Why are you not a voice for the children?” Professional race hustler Al Sharpton gets HECKLED beyond belief during border visit. “Del Rio is a loving, caring community! We don’t want your racism in TX, get out of here!” Sharpton calls for full investigation into Border Patrol for using reins to direct horses. pic.twitter.com/DLuZiA1Orv — Suburban Black Man (@goodblackdude) September 23, 2021 Sharpton tried in vain to continue reciting his prepared remarks, but his voice was drowned out by those of the angry Texans. “The Trump supporters and the right wingers can scream all they want. We gonna continue to come back, we gonna stand with our people, to ensure that asylum is treated in one way and one manner, and we will continue to come back over and over again,” he mumbled. The rest of his speech was largely inaudible, aside from a claim that the Border Patrol was using “weaponization of horses” against illegal immigrants.
The claim that Border Patrol officers on horseback used whips on illegal immigrants has been thoroughly debunked.

They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
