Ugly protests erupted outside the homes of several Supreme Court justices Saturday night.
An angry mob showed up in Chief Justice John Roberts’ neighborhood as well as Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home.
Imagine what would’ve happened had Trump supporters marched on the home of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. President Biden would have called out the military, Congress would have called for hearings, and CNN anchors would have soiled themselves.

It turns out the protests may, in fact, be illegal.
“According to 18 U.S.C. 1507 – which relates to Obstruction of Justice – anyone who has the intent of ‘interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the tent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer’ and pickets or parades in or near a court building or residents ‘occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness or court officer’ will face a fine or imprisonment of one year,’ the New York Post reports.

If that’s the case, police should arrest every person protesting outside the homes of the Supreme Court justices. They should be treated just as harshly as those arrested for the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.Tonight’s protests were nothing more than an attempt to terrorize the third branch of government and bully them into changing their decision on Roe v. Wade. That, ladies and gentleman, is what a judicial insurrection looks like. Todd’s PODCAST is now available on iTunes, Spotify, TuneIn, Apple, Google, Stitcher and much more. They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
