New York City’s mayor Eric Adams on Friday announced a conditional end to Covid vaccine mandates and the “vaccine passport” known as the Key2NYC program. Speaking at Times Square, he delivered the news to New Yorkers. ” I’m glad to say that the rates are low enough, that the mandatory program is no longer needed, no longer needed: Adams said. “Beginning Monday, March 7th, we will be suspending the requirements under key to NYC. And so folks can come in and enjoy, uh, the restaurants, enjoy the businesses and be a part of this great city without having to show proof of vaccination. So that means our restaurants, our businesses, and our concerts venues will no longer need to require patrons to provide this proof.”
The New York City mayor also tweeted out the change in policy.
“So long as our indicators show a low level of risk and we see no surprises this week, on Monday, March 7 we will also remove the vaccination requirements for Key2NYC — meaning indoor dining, fitness and entertainment venues,” Adams tweeted. “We’re taking this week to give business owners the time to adapt while we monitor the numbers to ensure we are making the best public health decisions for the people of New York.”
However, while the mayor is also lifting the indoor mask mandate on March 7, including for schools, he will continue to force-mask children under the age of five because they are ‘not yet eligible for vaccination.’

They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
