It has been reported that newly-elected Governor Glenn Youngkin has been busy at work eliminating state-level education initiatives that have introduced and promoted critical race theory-inspired programs in Virginia’s public schools.
According to an exclusive report by the Daily Caller detailing the list of axed programs, the Youngkin administration has rescinded a slew of critical race theory-inspired programs from the Virginia Department of Education.
The move follows through on Younkin’s campaign promise to get woke indoctrination out of the state’s public education system.
Youngkin’s day one Executive Order vowed to “ensure excellence in K-12 public education in the Commonwealth” by removing “inherently divisive concepts” and “raise academic standards.” Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Barlow has since submitted a report on which programs are being rescinded. The administration has not yet reviewed or rescinded critical race theory-inspired programming in local school districts, a Youngkin spokesperson told the Daily Caller , noting that the move is limited to the state’s Education Department.
Barlow’s report states that the Virginia Department of Eduction rescinded the “Virginia Math Pathways Initiative,” which advocated for “equitable outcomes in math for students” by attempting to remove advanced math programs.
In addition, the Younkin administration removed the ” EdEquityVA ,” which focused on “centering equity” in the classroom. The resource used to navigate the education program was rescinded as well, according to the Daily Caller .
Barlow’s report stated that “numerous resources” contained in the EdEquityVA “employ the concept that current discrimination is needed to address past discrimination” and “basic tenants of anti-racist education are adapted from a CRT author” that include “white people benefit from racism, regardless of intentions.”
“We must continue to ensure that no student in Virginia is taught to judge or treat others differently solely on the basis of their race, skin color, ethnicity, sex or faith,” Barlow said, according […]

They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.

It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it.
