Earlier this month news broke that the Biden Regime was set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”
The Biden White House later lied openly about the program saying the state-funded safe smoking kits would only include “alcohol swabs, lip balm, other materials to promote hygiene and reduce the transmission of diseases like HIV and hepatitis.”
But the HHS later confirmed to Senator Marsha Blackburn that the kits did indeed include free crack pipes for drug addicts.
On Friday Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) proposed a bill to prevent US taxpayer dollars from paying for crack pipes to addits.

The Daily Caller reported: Democratic Vermont Sen. Patrick Leahy blocked a vote on a bill introduced by Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio that would prohibit the federal government from funding drug paraphernalia distribution. Rubio and Democratic West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin introduced the Preventing Illicit Paraphernalia for Exchange Systems (PIPES) Act on Feb. 11, following a report that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) would fund the distribution of crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia.
