The person who defaced Washington DC’s Union Station with swastikas is an illegal migrant from Mexico with a lengthy criminal history. But even so, and despite being repeatedly apprehended by authorities, the suspected vandal doesn’t meet the Biden administration’s standards for deportation.
In September 2021, DHS Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued new ICE deportation guidelines that limited the potential for deportations on the basis of public safety risks. According to the Washington Examiner , suspect Geraldo Pando has a 15-year criminal history and had been previously deported twice from the United States. However, the current guidelines for ICE mean the agency won’t take Pando into federal custody or be deported.
Coincidentally, on Tuesday of this week the Republican National Committee criticized the DHS under the Biden White House for “giving a pass to illegal immigrants who commit felonies.”
The outlet sourced Pando’s arrest records and his most recent previous infraction was vandalizing US Capitol Police headquarters a week beforehand. ICE on that occasion were also hands-off and Capitol Police simply let him go.
A timeline of Pando’s criminal history: February 2006 : arrested in Aurora, Colorado for felony drug possession, driving without a license or proof of insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
April 2016 : arrested again in Aurora for a pair of felonies – “trespassing with intent to commit a crime and possession of burglary tools” – and three misdemeanor theft and mischief charges. Spent a month in jail.
March 2018 : arrested for trespassing, released, but he failed to appear in court and was arrested again in April 2018 for possessing controlled substances. That actually led to a conviction sentence of 547 days in jail and two years of probation for the previous charges of trespassing and burglary.

They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
