AP Photo/Jeff Swinger Californians temporarily dodged a bullet when Bezerkeley Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks (D-Climber) tabled her AB455: “Vaccine Verification Bill” until 2022.
From Wicks’ press release: On Monday, Asm. Wicks announced that she will hold her proposed vaccine verification bill from moving forward in the State Legislature until 2022, in order to allow more time to create the strongest policy possible, and provide for additional stakeholder collaboration. As proposed, the bill would require that all employers, both public and private sector, require all employees who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine to show proof of vaccination or take a weekly COVID-19 test. Asm. Wicks will continue to work on this proposed bill language headed into the next legislative session, in partnership with Senator Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), Asm. Akilah Weber, M.D. (D-San Diego), Asm. Evan Low (D-Silicon Valley), Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), and Sen. Josh Newman (D-Fullerton). Translation: Wicks knows that Governor Gavin “Hair Gel” Newsom is in deep trouble. Should he be recalled, any Republican governor is going to veto this bill and send it to the round file, where it belongs. As corrupt and diabolical as this Super Majority Democrat Assembly is, they will find a way to worm it into another bill or set of bills, just like they gutted a transportation bill in order to create this one. The only bulwark to this nonsense is a constitutionally-focused governor, along with voting her, and the other clowns mentioned above, out of office in 2022.
Just for reference, Sen. Scott Weiner (D-Pedarist Enabler) is the one who introduced SB145 in the California Legislature, which was passed into law in September of 2020. The law allows the age of consent to incorporate a 10-year gap; meaning that if an 8-year old child gets raped by an 18-year-old man, the 18-year old will not be deemed a sex offender and not be required to register as one. It was signed by Governor Hair Gel.
So, they all need to go.
Now, at the local level, cities can still choose to institute their own vaccine verification mandates. This is what New York City […]

They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We have a Giving Fuel page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
